The Perky Puppy is now rescuing select puppies.  A few of these puppies have not sold at The Perky Puppy, so they have been taken from the store and placed at our boarding facility to begin the housebreaking process.  Some have been neutered/spayed.

However, most of our RESCUE puppies have not had such a nice start.  These pups have come from questionable or disadvantaged backgrounds and environments.  Many have been tossed to multiple homes (at very young ages) and had no vaccinations prior to us getting them. We put all of these puppies through a strict (and expensive) intake process, which includes quarantine, vaccinations, worming meds, holistic antibiotics, and other treatments, so that we can attempt to make up for what has never been done for them.

Adoption Fees vary and are an attempt for us to cover the expense of their acquisition, intake, and care during the quarantine process.  We hope that you will support our efforts and consider adopting on of these beautiful babies and ask that you spread the word, so that we may continue these good works:

Male Puggle (Beagle/Pug) Puppy

This little boy did not sell at Perky Puppy.  He has been purchased by The Lucky Puppy for RESCUE. He is done with his puppy shots, but still needs the rabies vaccine. A neuter contract required to adopt.

Adoption Fee: $200.

Female Puggle (Beagle/Pug) Puppy

This little girl did not sell at The Perky Puppy.  She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to be petted! She has been purchased by The Lucky Puppy for RESCUE. She is finished with her puppy shots, but still needs the rabies vaccine.  A spay contract is required to adopt.

Male AKC Yorkie Puppy

Current weight: 3 lbs.

Adult SPAYED Female Beagle/Basset Mix

Mother of "Chipmunk".  She's had a hard life.

She is very timid, but sweet and LOVES people she knows.  She is quick to cower if she thinks you are angry or hears a loud noise, so she needs a loving, gentle, and stable home, without a bunch of noise.  We have not found her to be aggressive with people at all.  She's a WONDERFUL dog!!  Her favorite thing to do is give FULL BODY HUGS!!!

She actively plays with our 4 dogs and is a fantastic house pet.

Tolerates a crate well.  Not noisy.

Up to date on shots, including Rabies.
